Pets

1. Residents should not take their pet dogs on “dropping rounds” within the common area of the complex. They should take their pets outside Atrium for such jobs. In the event of inadvertent fouling, they shall be personally responsible for the immediate removal of the faeces etc;
2. Pet droppings in the common area if not cleared by the respective resident would attract a penalty of Rs. 300/-.
3. Please ensure that Co-residents are not disturbed by the pets in any manner.
4. Always keep your dogs on short leash while taking them for walks. Pets are not allowed on the lawns, play grounds and garden areas.
5. We request the residents/ their families not to pet stray cats and dogs but inform the main gate immediately for the removal of the same.
6. Those who have pets shall not allow them to come out without a responsible company and keep them in leash, especially dogs, when they leave their apartments.
