Maintenance Work

  1. No resident shall make any alteration or repair in their apartment, which will affect the strength of the wall / foundation or which will prejudice in any form the adjoining apartments or the common passages.
  2. Do not alter the electrical arrangements/ connections provided by the builder. No outside servicemen should tamper with the existing arrangement for purpose of providing extra facilities to the apartments.
  3. Any job to be carried out inside the flats will be the responsibilities of the owner, for any work outside the flat please inform facility management team of the nature and tenure of work.
  4. Please take permission from the committee before commencing any maintenance work. Use the Permission Form for this purpose.
  5. No Maintenance work in your apartment should be done on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  6. All kinds of civil work inside your apartment are to commence only from 9:00 a.m. and stop right after 6:00 p.m.
  7. Bulk garbage or debris created due to interior civil work should be removed by the Contractors / residents only. Maintenance staff can assist in cleaning them on charge basis.
  8. Resident should allow maintenance/Association staff inside their premises for purpose of inspection or carrying out repairs like possible defects in electrical wiring and water piping.
