Generators

1. Main electrical supply to the complex and flats are supplied by TNEB through three transformers at our site.
2. Standby power supply is provided from 82.5 KVA DG sets located in the basement.
3. Standby power supply is fed to all points except power points that are used for Washing Machines, Refrigerators, Geysers and A/C units.
4. When TNEB supply fails the generator is automatically switched on and the occupants are to flip the main switch provided at the entrance to II position to avail base supply to the above essential service and revert when mains supply resumes.
5. It is very important to not switch on the A/C or the storage water heater while stand by power supply is on.
6. Do not alter the electrical arrangement/connections provided by the builder.
