Staff employed by the Association

1. The TAOA has appointed a facility management firm for maintaining the building all 24 hours. The firms’ supervisors and his technical staffs are available at the main entrance of Atrium for your assistance. (Ext. 4200, 4250, 4262)
2. Please inform the facility manager of your moving in date for better service & Co-ordination.
3. Facility management services are essentially for external maintenance only and not for any service inside apartments, however the facility manager can co-ordinate (on chargeable basis) if required outside the duty hours.
4. The facility management personnel or any staff employed by the association will do maintenance of electrical system, water supply, swimming pool and all other equipments under their contract. No outside servicemen should tamper with the existing arrangement for purpose of providing extra facilities to the apartments. Access to common points will be through maintenance staff only.
5. No resident should individually do any repair, handle or alter the common properties such as common passage, common walls, staircase, terrace, motor/Pumps, common pipes etc; only the Association staff has the right to carryout any repairs, extension or alteration to the common properties, painting of exteriors, white washing of outer walls etc.
6. In case of damage or destruction of the common areas / properties caused by the owners or his guest or contractors, the owners will be liable for all costs and expenses.
7. The complex has a freelance Electrician/Plumber. His services are for the purpose of any internal work like changing of bulbs, wiring, cabling etc. Do not employ the floor cleaners as your maids even if your maid is not available temporarily.
8. If you pay cash to these employees to pay bills or buy parts, again it is done at your own risk.
9. The complex also has a contract with two Ironwallahs. They will collect clothes from your house and iron and deliver the same day. Their workplaces are in the Basement of F block and N block.
10. The electrician/plumber and dhobi have a day off once a week. But they are typically available over the weekend.
