Staff employed by you

  1. Any staff you employ - Maids, Drivers, Car Wash boys or any other - need an ID card to enter the complex.
  2. If you are employing somebody who is new to The Atrium, fill out an Application for Employee ID Card. It takes about 3 days for processing this form. In the mean time, use the Provisional ID Form.
  3. If you are employing somebody who already has an ID, make sure the contact details on the ID card are up to date and verify their references with the other Atrium residents they have worked for.
  4. Smoking, Playing Cards, Spitting Pan, throwing food waste and littering is strictly prohibited in the basement. Please advise your drivers accordingly.
  5. The residents are directly responsible for their employees from the time they enter the complex and until they leave the complex.
  6. The residents are advised to discourage their employees staying back in the complex after their stipulated work time.
  7. The residents are advised to discourage their employees from bringing in visitors (whosoever) along with them or coming to meet them in the complex. All such visitors will be stopped at the Pavilion. In case of Emergency the employee shall be informed by the Security. If the visitor has to meet any resident of the complex, the employer/resident has to approve their entry to the security. After meeting the resident, the visitor shall leave the complex or stay put in the Pavilion in case of waiting. They are clearly instructed not to wander about within the complex.
  8. The residents are responsible for explaining to their employees the rules and regulations they have to follow while in ‘The Atrium’. Any problem will be brought to the notice of the respective employer and the employer shall take it upon himself as a personal responsibility to rectify the same.
  9. In case of repeated misconduct, the Facility Manager shall exercise his authority and take needed action. At this point the MC may decide to prevent the individual from entering the complex thereafter. At the same time, if any of the residents face any problem with any of the employees (TAOA/residents) or want to convey any observations, they are requested to contact the Facility Manager.
  10. Any worker employed by a resident for his/her personal work is their sole responsibility. They shall be adequately instructed as to the work place, eating place, hand wash, toilet facility etc. and avoid wandering either in the basement, terrace or in the complex premises.
  11. If the work place happens to be the basement, the resident shall ensure that it is in their car parking slot only and does not encroach upon the common area or the other parking slots and does not damage any vehicle(s) parked therein. The waste shall also be disposed properly and the area kept clean and tidy. Drawing power from electrical points in the common area for personal work is strictly not allowed. It is exclusive for ‘The Atrium’.
  12. The residents are requested that one representative member of the family supervises the work if done in the basement from time to time.
