Pavilion

1. The Pavilion can be booked for celebrating such functions as Birthday Parties, Engagement ceremonies etc. which is typically on a small scale.
2. The Pavilion shall be used only for family functions by the residents of the Atrium. Use of the Pavilion for Commercial/Business purposes is not allowed.
3. The use of the lawns outside the pavilion for the parties is not allowed.
4. The booking for the use of pavilion can be done in advance: - contact TAOA office or the FM for the same.
5. Charges for renting the Pavilion are:-
         a) Rs 250/- up to 3 hours
         b) Rs 750/- for half- a day
         c) Rs 1250/- for a full day.
6. Timings: - The pavilion cannot be booked for a time earlier than 6.00 a.m. or later than 10:00 p.m. The only exception to the timing is for parties organized by the committee on New Years’ Eve which can run up to Half hour past midnight.
7. A refundable deposit of Rs 1,000/- will be collected to cover the damages if any caused.
8. Microwave Ovens & such other electrical appliances should not be used.
9. Use of loud speakers and other such sound systems which could be a source of noise pollution should be avoided.
10. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
11. The pavilion shall be restored to its original state after use.
