General
- Residents are advised to read the Notice Boards for important notifications and information on cultural activities issued in the interest of the residents, by the Association/Managing Committee.
- The Notice Board in all the blocks are in the basement near the staircase entrance and are for the exclusive use of TAOA and activities connected to it.
- Any circular to be put up in the NB by a resident and not under TAOA shall be personally handed over to the Secretary or in his absence, any authorized signatory, at least 3 days prior to the suggested date of issuance. The Secretary shall endorse it with his sign and seal and if necessary shall consult the MC and then forward it to the Facility Manager for putting up on the Notice Boards.
- The Facility Manager shall not put up any circulars without the endorsement of Secretary/authorized signatory. Only the Facility Manager is authorized to deal with the circulars and in his absence, the Secretary shall directly hand over the instruction to a particular supervisory staff. In the absence of an endorsement, any circular put up shall be summarily withdrawn without prior information.
- Residents are not allowed to have their own information board and shall not exhibit any signboard or advertisement outside their flats or anywhere in the premises. He shall not paste any notices etc on his own in any common area.
- You may submit your request through this website for putting up any form of notice (e.g Sale of Apt, Sale of Furniture, Apt for rent etc.) on the Residents Notice board of the Website. The notice, if the request is granted may take upto 3 days to appear in the Website.
- Instruct your children not to play in the corridors and staircases to avoid injuries and disturbance to other occupants.
- The common areas are all smoke free zones. Chewing paan and spitting of the same is also not allowed.
- Playing Football or Cricket in the Lawns is prohibited. The earmarked Open Space Reservation (OSR) can be used to play any type of ball games.
- Seepage problems between any two flats have to be repaired by the affected owners by sharing the costs between themselves. The committee is not responsible for any such problems. Only where common area is involved should this be brought to the notice of the Association.
- Pest control for the common areas is taken care of by the association. Pest control inside your house is your responsibility.
- No livestock/poultry are permissible within the complex.
