Common Areas
Maintaining the Common Areas
- Do not leave personal belongings in the common areas.
- Do not leave cupboards, racks, shelves, stands, brackets or packages in the common areas.
- Do not keep household objects like UPS, Shoe Rack, and Cycles outside your flat near your front door. Shoe racks should be kept inside the house.
- Cycles can be parked in the designated area outside the block.
- Clothes should be dried on stands/bars/clothes lines inside respective balconies/homes. Do not hang clothes in such a way that it hangs over somebody else’s balcony.
- Please avoid washing balconies; instead it can be wiped to avaoid spillage of water.
- Limited number of plants can be kept outside the front door. Make sure they have a plastic plate to collect water.
- Residents who have hanging plants in their balcony should take care to ensure that water and soil do not fall in the flats below or disfigure the exterior walls of the block. The flower pots should not be fragile and should be securely hung. It is advisable to bring down the pots from their hooks before watering.
- Installation of any gadget like Dish Antenna or split A/C units can be done only after getting a written permission from the Managing Committee.
- Use of terrace or other common space by servants or any other unauthorized person is strictly prohibited in view of safety, cleanliness etc.
- Bicycles, tricycles, children’s riding toys, roller skates and the likes may not be used or left in corridor or stairway, the poolside deck or lift lobby etc.
Lighting at the common areas
- The security has taken over in principle to lock the terrace, switching on/off corridor lights in the blocks and common areas. Since a single individual is usually engaged for the job, some amount of time lag will be present.
- Alternate lights in the Lawn and the corridors are switched off after 9:15 p.m. and the rest at 6:00 a.m.
- The lights are Switched on at 5.30 p.m. in winter and 6.00 p.m.in summer
- The terrace doors are locked by the security at 9:30 p.m and opened at 5:30 a.m. In case of any emergency you will have to contact the Security to open the terrace.
Water Supply
- Drinking water (treated by Reverse Osmosis process) supply is connected only to the kitchen. Treated (iron removed plant) bore well supply is connected to all toilets as well as wash area adjacent to kitchen.
- The drinking water is currently supplied from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Garbage Collection
- Garbage collection occurs 2 times in a day: Once before 10:30 a.m. when the housekeeping personnel clean the individual blocks and second by is after 2:00 p.m. and before 2:30 p.m. - the final time announced for garbage removal.
- The residents are requested to strictly adhere to time schedule and keep the garbage outside accordingly. Please do not leave the garbage outside after 2:30 p.m., especially overnight.
- Please ensure that the maids actually take the garbage out of the complex for disposal if it is taken from your apartment after garbage is removed by the house keeping staff.
- Please follow instructions on Garbage segregation.

Milk
- Aavin Milk personnel will be available in the Pavilion on the second Saturday of every month between 10.00 A.M and 12.30 P.M to renew your milk cards. Please make sure you avail this facility.
