Car Parking
- A yellow color TAOA sticker will be issued per parking lot, which is to be availed of at the time of moving in or when a parking lot is assigned to you.
- Only those cars of residents with the TAOA stickers duly endorsed with the Parking lot number and Apartment number shall be allowed to be parked in the basement in the designated parking lot.
- Ordinarily, only one sticker would be issued per parking lot. If any owner/resident has more than one car and if both the cars can be parked in one parking lot without any inconvenience to those owning adjacent parking slots and if it does not encroach upon common areas then stickers would be issued for both the cars.
- Do not Park these cars with allotted parking lots in the basement (and TAOA stickers) in the visitor’s car parking area.
- Visitor’s parking area is meant only for the temporary use of visitor's vehicles.
- Common areas or areas not earmarked and numbered as parking slots cannot be used as parking area.
- The cars of visitors, upon authorisation by concerned resident, either over phone or in person to FM could be allowed to be parked in the designated parking slot in the basement belonging to the resident when it is vacant.
- The parking of a visitor’s vehicle overnight inside the complex would be allowed if the resident(who is visited) informs the manager of this requirement in advance.
- The vehicles of outsiders (including taxis and autorikshaws) would not be allowed inside the Basement except in exceptional circumstances like
a) Carrying/Picking up heavy luggage which cannot be carried in hand.
b) Vehicle dropping/picking up aged/disabled.
- TAOA is not responsible for any damage/loss for the vehicles parked on the slots.
- Use of horn is prohibited inside the basement. All car owners are requested to switch off reverse horn and not play loud music on the car radio system while in the campus.
- No smoking is permitted in the basement.
- No major vehicle repair which involve excessive noise or spillage of oil/smoke may be made within the premises.
- Vehicles can be cleaned in the basement by swabbing the car with wet mop or cloth taking care the water used for this purpose is disposed of properly.
- Owners/Residents would be allowed to park their Two Wheelers in their Parking Lots provided they are not a hindrance to the parking of the cars by those owning adjacent Parking lots.
- Vehicles of Drivers/Maids also need to be parked within the designated parking lot of the Resident.
- Bicycles may be parked by the owners at their own risk well inside their allotted Parking Lot in the basement, without causing any inconvenience to the other users. They may also be locked properly and chained suitably.
