Getting Started at The Atrium
The Atrium is an apartment complex consisting of 16 blocks comprising of 187 flats. The complex has two entrances, commonly referred to as the Main Gate and the N Block Gate. The Main gate entrance leads you to the Pavillion which is used as the receiveing area. The main gate is flanked by the Entry and the Exit gates for the Vehicles. The N block gate is only an Exit gate for the vehicles, Entry is not permitted through this gate.
Each block has Ground + 3 floors. The number of flats per block varies and so do the type of flat. The blocks are A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,J,K,L,M,N,P,Q and R. The layout of the complex is more of an L shape with M and N block attached to a corner of the L.
TAOA has appointed a Facility Management firm for maintaining the complex. The firms supervisors and technical staff are available at the Main gate for yopur assistance.

Facilities Provided
Children’s play areas
There are two play areas. One behind the N block with equipment like swings, slides etc. and one is the Open Space Reservation area adjacent to The Atrium, used by older kids to play Football, Cricket etc.
Swimming Pool
All Atrium Residents are allowed to use the facility. Swimming coaching for the residents is organised typically in the months of April, May, June and July.
Sports Centre
The Sports Centre has a Badminton court, Tennis Court, Billiards Table and Gymnasium. Most of the classes like Drawing, Yoga, Chess etc are held here.
Services Provided
Intercom
Airtel provides intercom facility and an external phone connection. Ideally the day you move in you should have both up and running.
The intercom facility can be used to call the main gate security, the Sports Centre and other flats within the complex. Currently Airtel provides this service free of charge.

Tata-Sky

Internet
Currently Airtel and BSNL are the major internet service providers.
Newspaper
More than one Newspaper Agents are providing their services. For more information on these just call the FM and fix up with any one based on your requirement of the Daily News paper and Magazines.There is also a Circulating Library that lends Magazines.
Dhobhi/Ironing
There are 2 Irenwallahs employed. Both stationed in the basement, one below F Block and one below N block. They collect clothes at your door step and deliver the same day. Typically their off is on Fridays.
Electrician and Plumber
There is an Electrician cum Plumber (freelance) who can attend to all Electrical/plumbing problems within your apartment.Contact Help Desk - *8 4200/4250.
Miscellaneous
Most of the shops/vendors close to the complex will accept orders over the telephone and home deliver goods. Jothi Stores(Groceries - *8 8506) and Dhanvanthri (Pharmacy - *8 8505) are connected through intercom.
